Time with the horses:

 Connect with animals in a peaceful environment at the foot of the south downs. These sessions are facilitated by an equine specialist.

121 session; Grooming, mucking out, learning and understanding about horses or whatever the individual would like.

60 minutes @ £50



 

Equine Assisted Therapy: 

Personalised individual session for 90 minutes @ £150*
(*This covers the cost of 2 professionals and 2 horses)

The session will include:
- Introductions and a short safety briefing

- A grounding  mindfulness exercise

- Therapeutic time with the horses

- A short debrief

Group sessions are possible, cost will be dependant on numbers and requirements. Please enquire via email / phone

Sessions

Some individuals may only require a one off session but others may want regular sessions. This can be agreed on an individual basis. 

Discounts are available for block bookings of 6 or more sessions at once. 

Sessions must be paid for in advance.
